XIC.exe deleted by Windows Defender as Trojan threat

I got the error that pGlyco3 cannot execute XIC.exe. I checked what happened during installation and found that XIC.exe has been deleted by Windows Defender because a Trojan was detected. Trojan:Win32/Egairtigado!rfn

XIC.exe is written by python, I don't actually know what was happening in this case.
