Can pGlyco deal with modified sugars or only natural monosaccharides?

Hi, I am considering whether to download pGlyco so I was wondering if pGlyco has the capability to analyse glycopeptides labelled with modified sugars e.g. GalNAz or does it only work with natural monosaccharides?
