Minimum peptide length

Is there a way to specify the minimum or maximum peptide length for a search? I noticed that the default value for minimum peptide length is 6 from the output .pglyco file but couldn't find a way to modify that value.

@lindaz711 The only way to change it is: save the parameter file in GUI, modified the parameter file using a text editor, and run pGlyco with the command line (cd to bin path of pGlyco installation folder, and run pGlycoDB.exe path\of\your\parameter\file)
