Update scripts and docs to use upstream cloudbase-init #13
Description
The last patch we were carrying in our cloudbase-init fork has landed upstream. It's not in a release just yet, but sounds like one should be coming soon.
Once that's landed let's kick the tires on it and update the scripts and docs.
