Synchronisation between scaled out nodes ip addresses are correct in some scenarios

Let's say we have a three component application A, B and C. Communications are as follows:
- A -> C
- B -> C
During scaling out A with two nodes, the communication information sent to C is wrong. instead of having:
- IP0:PORT0,IP1:PORT1,IP2:PORT2
we have:
- IPX:PORTX,IPX:PORTX
