detector correction should only uses 1 set of data when more than 1 are present in the input folder

There are rare cases where the MCP detector decides to create 2 sets of data inside the same input folder. The detector correction should figure out if there is more than one set (by looking at the number of *_Spectra.txt file for example) and then only work with the first set.
