Revoke Client Secret is not working

Describe the bug
When I try to revoke Client Secret i get an error:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Generate Client Secret
2. Regenerate Client Secret

Expected behavior
Successfull revoke.

Integrations tab in the My profile section.
