Open source version of TFLint (MPL 2.0)

After Terraform switched to the BSL license, tflint followed suit after the release v0.50.3, which was previously licensed under MPL 2.0. This change was driven by dependencies on libraries from HashiCorp.

Some time ago, I raised this in the community and suggested creating an open-source fork (e.g.: https://github.com/tofuutils/tofulint) - or even a new independent tool—that would support both OpenTofu and Terraform. I believe this is an important step, especially since tflint has explicitly decided not to support OpenTofu.

To move this forward, we need to build a community around the new tool. Developing a fork and adding OpenTofu support will require dedicated time and effort, and a strong community is key to making it sustainable. If you'd like to join, please tell us about it in the thread.
