Highlight elements that are using Display Conditions

Describe the Problem

When an element is using the Display Conditions feature - there's no way to tell unless you specifically click an element and check for it and see if the little icon is highlighted.

Propose a Solution

When looking at a page - especially pages that have alot of elements - it would be nice for any element using Display Conditions to be highlighted or "flagged" in the editor - especially in the "Structure" panel so that any element using Display Conditions is easily identifiable.
