Current planned features for @Peter-J-Freeman

1. Update the VV database calls to use HGNC IDs instead of gene symbols ☐
2. Update our list of supported(genomic) patches maybe update to dynamic support, if so this may need to plan a patch for the VVTA/vv_hgvs code with @John-F-Wagstaff ☐
