Like-button in resource-overview-dialog doesn't get it's configuration

This is about the resource-overview widget. You can configure it to open a dialog-view when clicking a tile/resource. In this dialog you can show a like-button(s).

In the admin-panel, there are settings to configure this like-button - however, they don't have any effect.

This is a feature that is already developed by @openstad/gemeente-amsterdam, but it has to be revised and merged upstream.
