Need info boxes to explain one or more fields on the Sources form page

The distinction between "publisher" and "contributor" may require some disambiguation on the Sources form page, just as it does on the Contributors form page.

I'm not entirely certain why the Contributors form page is needed -- what information is it collecting that isn't otherwise being collected on the Sources form page?

A "contributor" is a person who does work for the Open Siddur Project or a related project.

A "source" is a physical or electronic work.

Examples: A particular edition of Siddur Avodat Yisrael, published by Roedelheim in 1868 is a source. The person who scanned the book, the person who transcribed it, the person who proofread it, the person who added hierarchies, etc. are contributors.

The distinction is a bit murkier when it comes to works of original authorship that appear in Open Siddur. For that, we have a dummy source "An original work of the Open Siddur Project" and the author should be set as a contributor in the set responsibility dialog.

I'm not sure where the appropriate place to explain it is.

I'd include a small icon after the the term source or contributor. The alt text for the icon could be "what is a source" or "what is a contributor"
