When I have a multiline description of parameter, where second line doesn't start with capital letter, then I get a @typed should be 'Sentence case' warning.

If the repository you're using is open source, can you drop a link to the project? I think this message is probably raised because you're also using {roxylint}. If you are, can you try out this feature branch:

pak::pak("openpharma/roxylint@7-sentence-case")

A while back I did a pretty major refactor for this project. Since I don't get that much feedback from developers, I've been hesitant to publish the changes. It would be a huge help if you could try out your project with this development version and report back about:

• whether it fixes your problem
• whether there is significant performance degradation (it is expected to be slower, but hopefully not too slow)
• whether it raises any other unexpected lints
