record cross section library used in output

Description

When reviewing and comparing OpenMC results, it can be helpful to know which cross section library was used for a particular run. It would be useful to store that information in the output files. Perhaps in summary.h5?

Alternatives

One could just "record" the screen output from a run as OpenMC shows which files it is reading for the XS library however it may be "cleaner" to put that into summary.h5
