Update naming convention and import of gas power plants

Description
With the newly released Kraftwerksliste from the NEP 2025 and its changed format, changes have to be made to the import of said list. The Kraftwerksliste now contains MaSTR-IDs, which can be used to locate the power plants. Furthermore it is planned to implement a new feature in eTraGo, which can relocate specific (H2-ready) power plants in an optimized way.

Goal:

• Fit the import functions to the new format of the NEP2025 Kraftwerksliste
• Enabling differentiation of newly placed gas power plants by name
