xml editing - facilitate

Currently, xml that populates PICO and Bias tables is edited directly. Although these pages can start the xml files upon receiving a list of PMIDs:

• http://openmetaanalysis.github.io/make-table-pico.html

The creation and then editing of files is currently cumbersome, especially for clinicians or medical researchers who might not be accustomed to markup.
