add suport for Marlin with EEPROM_CHITCHAT enabled

When marlin uses CHITCHAT the temperature response comes way later since all the EEPROM settings are send first, i fixed it by increaing maxCheckTemperatureAttempts_(2) to 45, need to find a better solution for that
