Hero image does not always finish loading

Hero image does not always resolve, we need to have it load properly when the image is ready (not just the component) and only if needed we can have a fallback

To test:

• Can be on wrong network and try to access app
• Can be in Gnosis Safe and load the app in the browser
• Do anything else that involves triggering a loading state on the homepage
