Subset sentinel-2 by point-based AOI

Hi there,
I am a researcher in the Netherlands and I am working on a project which needs to retrieve traits for a huge area. Your project is really nice and directly connected to my work. I am also looking for a way to subset the raw imagery based on a point.shp vector to reduce pixels processed by the biophysical processor. I have tried several ways, but they all failed. I noticed this thing in your to-do list, so I am wondering if there are any updates/suggestions you could share/discuss with me? If you have any idea about it, I am more than happy to discuss it with you. I really appreciate your help!

Apologies for the delayed response.
Glad to hear that my code is useful for your project as well. So far I haven't actively worked on adding the ability to retrieve data for points, but I could take a look into this. But at the best, it will probably be few weeks before I have time to work on it. In the mean time, a workaround could be to draw a really small polygon around your point and see if it works. I'm not, however, sure how my code handles if the polygon would contain only one pixel.
Are you specifically interested to have the value for the pixel that contains your point or would you need a value that is interpolated for the point from the neighboring pixels?

Hi there, Thank you for your response! Finally, I got a way to solve this problem to some extent. as you said, I initially convert points to small polygons, but it gets crushed in the next step due to its huge amount. Then I aggregate these huge amounts of points to polygons. And it works in this way. Now I can move to the next step.
