Prepations for submissions

Hey contributors!

After a long time we're almost approaching submission to Aperture Neuro. In order to smooth the process, I need you and your team to fill in all affiliations and emails in this form:

Please fill in your affiliations before Friday, May 19 2023, at noon UTC (a few hours more than a week from now).
Authors that won't appear in the form might have to be dropped from the publication, due to necessary information missing to agree on the manuscript, so please do share the message and the form with all of your co-authors.

Aperture Neuro's submission platform is currently closed, but they will reopen submissions in June.

Hey @adelavega! This is a submission for the OHBM Hackathon 2022, following what Aki did in 2021 with Aperture Neuro.

We sent an email (using the OS SIG email address) last summer after OHBM, and another one in Autumn, it's possible that it went directly to spam or got lost in the holiday email pile. If you want to submit a brief report about your project, there's not much time, but please do it! You can use this template to write up a small summary (title, list of authors and affiliations, text of up to 500 words, up to ten references, with optional single figure with caption of up to 250 characters).

@smoia thanks! I found the email. Looks like it got lost in the shuffle. I don't want to hold you all up, so don't worry about me. Someone had just pinged me to check on this in case I'd done the first requirement, but not this.
