Description
PyBIDS is a Python library that makes it easier to access and manipulate BIDS (Brain Imaging Data Structure) datasets. It currently includes tools for querying BIDS datasets, extracting variables, specifying fMRI analysis models (via BIDS-Model), auto-generating partial methods sections, and more. There are lots of opportunities to contribute, including a number of issues that are suitable for beginners (writing documentation, creating better examples, etc.).
