`DropdownMenu` Items are maybe pre-focused while opening the list

Reproduction

• https://ui.nuxt.com/docs/components/dropdown-menu#with-trigger-content-width
• Click on the dropdown toggle button, and look at the items.
• The items have elevated background initially, maybe they're focused along with the toggle as well?
• This is creating a subtle flashing effect. Not bothersome, but it is there.
