Build for ARM

The current release is x86_64 only. It would be nice to have an ARM release so one can use it with laptops running Snapdragon like the latest Surface.

I built it on ARM myself, and then attempted to install and ran into two issues:

1. I had to manually input the directory /lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/security/
2. I get an error:

Okay in #62 I added error reporting to investigate the 178 issue, but it seems it was a transient issue. This is working on ARM now (after building from my PR)
