Add support for sync from logbook w/o upload

With the new PM5's - I upload directly from my rower to the logbook, so I don't have a spreadsheet or CSV I can send to ergkeeper.com. Please can you investigate to see if there's an API you can access to pull the data directly from the Concept2 logbook.
