Modify dictionary.py file

At the time I am posting, J.A.R.V.I.S fetch meaning of any word by searching in data.json file. Can you integrate any API so that direct data could be fetched? It would reduce the size of the program as well as speed.

modified dictionary file in the same PR #13 and now will be using the PyDictionary library instead of data JSON. Please review.
