Add support for more workshops

Workbooks seem like a great idea to keep things organized as a student. We're planning to encourage students to use them for NodeSchool NYC.

It would be nice to add support for more workshops in this repo. We can do this manually or write a workbook-generator. Open to ideas/thoughts on issues/opportunities with either approach.

i've submitted a PR with support for more workshops #1

These folders/files were created using workbook-generator script that downloads the menu.json file of a 'workshopper' workshop and creates the files. I added support for workshops like scopes-chains-clossures, regex-adventure that do not have a menu.json, and removed numbers from menu names for workshops planetproto that have numbers of their own.

I plan to review more workshops and add support for all of them, as well as add support for scenarios when the directories already exist etc.
