Minor fixes identified by NWFSC

The following is a list of changes needed to be made:

• BNC table: check catch column - incorrect for some users
• [BNC table: should be expanded to include spawning biomass #91
• Landings plot: landings and catch figures should provide the option for users to input fleets (this is most likely going to need to be a fundamental change to the converter) #92
• Rec devs plot: Include uncertainty into recruitment deviations figure as long as it's included in the mode
• Spawning biomass plot: Add uncertainty intervals in the spawning biomass plot #96
• Biomass plot: make sure reference point is not plotted as a part of the graph but just the line #95
