Feature[add switch to make rdas]

In order to add the pre-developed tables and figures into the template produced from asar::create_template(), the function requires the input of a converted data frame to produce rda objects. These objects contain the table/figure along with caption and alt-text. During initial development, we created a parameter called make_rda which turns off the check and production of making these rda files. We decided it was not needed and the function would just check if the files are already made and make them if not.

We are leaving this discussion here for future development and reference to users that this was a consideration in our development pre-v1.0. If users feel like this needs to be improved after v1.0 and testing of the tool has been performed, we can discuss in this post!
