allow generating openapi.json in production build

hello !

i can't figure out how to get the openapi generation and maybe having it on /_openapi.json in production ?
i guess its too much having it /_openapi.json, but a option to generate it, and then its up to the user to do something with it (for example copying it to public dir) would open up the possibitilies.
