Presenting Modally ViewController on top of popOverController won't cover it.

Hi Tnx for your work.
I noticed if I present modally a new view controller the popOvercontroller still remains (yes I know its possible to dismiss it but my case is little different ). Do you think its possible to make the presented view cotroller cover the popoOverController?

I added a method :

    - (void)hideBackgroundView:(BOOL)hide{
         backgroundView.hidden = hide;
        // [backgroundView setNeedsDisplay];
}

Do u think its a good Idea?
