Description of the bug

When I run a multi sequence alignment with more than 100 sequences, the following error occurs. My parameter is - m dna-B100.
Command error:
File "/opt/conda/lib/python3.10/site-packages/sepp/jobs.py", line 101, in run
assert
AssertionError: path for hmmbuild does not exist (/opt/conda/conda-bld/sepp_1724890798483/work/.sepp/bundled-v4.5.5/hmmbuild)
What is the reason for this？

Thanks for reporting this - I could indeed replicate the issue.

The problem seems to be the way up is now available in bioconda - I am trying to fix it and also asking for some clarification from the development team from UPP (see here), I'll update here when fixed.

This is now fixed (for singularity and docker) in the latest release (1.1.0 - Noca Icaria) - currently in the master branch.

We are working also on the conda recipe but this will be added in future releases.

I opened an issue in the nf-core modules repo, as here we are only installing nf-core modules - so the issue really belongs there.

nf-core/modules#7509
