Add output csv with only the datasets that have succeeded for all aligners

Description of feature

This technically happens already at the level of the shiny app - where we ignore NAs. We need to decide if we want to remove them really from the csv.

also, check fault tolerance (ignore after retry)

This is an old feature we wanted - it will not be implemented in the end.

The csv should contain anything that has been computed and nothing should be removed
