Predicted LULC same as previous LULC

Followed all the steps in the tutorial video but when i try to predict, i get the same result as the previous year.
For example using 2018 and 2021 LULC to try and predict 2024, 2027 and 2030 LULC (I already have 2024 LULC for Validation); the predicted map for 2024 is the exact same thing with 2021. What could be the problem?
I've seen several people with same problem but no solution since
