Voting not working

I tried to use the voting feature, but it seems to be failing to create a voting. 

**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Open the "Start new voting" modal and enter a question and some answers
2. (maybe separate issue) Click on the "close" button: nothing happens
3. Click on "Start voting"
4. The modal closes, but nothing else happens.

Nextcloud version: 32.0.5
Whiteboard version: 1.5.3
