Importing a simple csv file fails to write the dates #840

Steps to reproduce
- Create a new vault
- Go to parameters => import, and click the link to import a simple CSV file.
- Configure whatever you want, keep the "created" and/or "changed" fields, and import.
Expected behaviour
Each entry should be set with the date indicated in the CSV file.
Actual behaviour
Every date was set to 0 (1970-01-01 01:33:43)
