Switch drag handles for questions

Other than that, for the left drag handle I would suggest this icon:

This drag button looks like it has too much right margin, I'd reduce that to --default-grid-baseline

@marcoambrosini Changing inset-inline-start: 0; to inset-inline-start: var(default--grid-baseline) moves the handle (and the arrows) a little bit closer to the question:
