Sharing option: delete own responses #2014

Currently, the sharing option "Delete responses" enables any user allowed to access the form to delete all responses, his/her own, but also those of all other contributors to the form. This is potentially very damaging, as it gives any user the capacity to harm all others.
On the other hand, I believe that it makes sense that a user has the capacity to delete his/her own response - with the capacity thereafter to re-submit, as a crude means to edit it.
Describe the solution you'd like
I propose that an additional sharing option be created: "Delete own responses". When this sharing option is selected, then every user with which the form is shared is enabled with the capacity to delete his/her own responses, but only those - NOT those of the other users.
Describe alternatives you've considered
This feature is included in the more general Pull Request #1690 , which seems to encounter technical problems. It could be a simpler way forward.
