Show all own submitted entries to user

We use forms as a digital beer coaster for our soccer club. After the "third half time" everyone enters the number of drinks he / she consumed in a simple form (date / number of drinks).
Periodically the data is taken and a "invoice" is sent to everyone.
All users that use the form are logged in to submit entries.

We have the challenge that a user can not review how much he / she already consumed within an invoice period.

Describe the solution you'd like
A perfect solution would be an optional tab / button where a user gets a list of his / her submission.
I must not be possible to edit or delete existing submission (or it could be an option in the form settings for other use cases).

Describe alternatives you've considered
Only workaround is to download the results and publish the list within a shared folder. The downside is, that the consumption of everyone will become public.

This could be realized by adding another permission results_read_own that allows the current user to see all submissions for his own user.

That would be a great idea.
Ideally the permisson can be set on group level but adding only the permission to see the entries for that single user in that group.
A permission to see the entries of other memebers could be a permission results_read_group but that might be a even more niche use case.

Another application would be the registration of competitions with a sports association. These must be submitted regularly by sports clubs.
