HTML entities in new node breadcrumb

Some characters aren't handled correctly in the node breadcrumb introduced with 9.1.
Examples are   or &, <, >.   even happens when typing "normal" spaces, but happens a lot when inserting a table.
The node label in the node-tree displays the text as expected (however maybe spaces should be trimmed in both cases).

Thx for the bug report, I created a fix that also trims spaces in the tree and breadcrumb.
