Possibility of translation using i18n library #112

Hi!
I looked at some of the translation projects for this work. And it seems like there is a new HTML file that is created for every new language added. I just wanted to discuss the possibility of using i18n translation libraries within this project, without having to additional HTML for each translated version. Although, I do not disagree that using i18n library, the translation files would also entail addition of another key-value pairs file for each language. So, I am just wondering if it is realistic to use i18n library here!
