Description
Expected behavior
I expected to see the properly displayed text for Japanese, Chinese, and Korean languages.
Actual behavior
I actually see a rectangle containing the Unicode value of each character in the text, with only the exception of the Hiragana character の, which is displayed properly. (Attached are screenshots of the Wikipedia Main Pages for each of the three languages, but the problem persists across all websites, and in the search bar of the browser.)
Steps to reproduce
- Open browser in Fedora 43 with a KDE version
- Go to any website with text in Chinese, Japanese, or Korean (I use https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:%E9%A6%96%E9%A1%B5, https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E3%83%A1%E3%82%A4%E3%83%B3%E3%83%9A%E3%83%BC%E3%82%B8, and https://ko.wikipedia.org/wiki/%EC%9C%84%ED%82%A4%EB%B0%B1%EA%B3%BC:%EB%8C%80%EB%AC%B8)
- Observe the improperly displayed text.

Additional Information
Here is the full details of my system software:
Operating System: Fedora Linux 43
KDE Plasma Version: 6.5.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.21.0
Qt Version: 6.10.1
Kernel Version: 6.17.11-300.fc43.x86_64 (64-bit)

I should note that it is possible that this problem extends to other Unicode characters. Although I have not seen this personally, I have not gone out of my way to test all Unicode characters if they are displayed properly in the browser.
