add wiki with example of workflow from field/total station to field desktop

I suggest that I contribute the 'Field guide' on how to measure points / set up the data, you (@msingr) write a guide on how to use csvGeom (like the readme, but like a step-by-step how-to) and I write a tiny part about how to import to Field Desktop.
