CMake Error "Specify CUDA_TOOLKIT_ROOT_DIR" #1

Hi, Dear Kuse, I read your ICRA2016 paper, thanks for your nice work.
When I compile your code in my catkin_ws, I got the error. Does that mean GPU and Cuda are necessary to run the code?
