mpiexec flag --with-ft #11
Description
During the June 16 meeting, we have been tasked by the forum to design a standardized mpiexec flag that controls whether MPI_FT attribute will be set to 1 or not.
The goal is to permit loading different versions of the MPI library dependent upon user-expressed preferences about fault tolerance needs.
