Extract version comparison into a separate package #11
Description
I'm going to reuse the TestEvrCompare function in the TLS Observatory to find oldest browsers that support a given configuration. Would it be useful to extract the code that perform this comparison outside of scribe so I can import it without having to import the entire package?
