No Enter key?

Hi,

I'm using your library for a kiosk type frontend with only a touch screen as input avialable. Tested both on Firefox and Chromium, there seems to be no Enter key in any of the keyboard layouts. Using default locale en-EN.
Several other issues here mention the usage of the Enter key, but there appears to be none. Has it been removed? In the current code I still see Enter key handling, so I wonder.

Also I see no difference in the "text" and "search" input modes, they layout seems exactly the same. Is there a reason for this?
