Make specs pass

I made all the specs pass correctly in eb2542c , finally =)

However, there's some strange problem: if you'll run them all at once (with rspec), then some of them will fail , but if you'll run them file-by-file, they all pass. Someone has any idea what's causing it?

Wow! This is awesome. I'll give a shot at running specs and see if I can repro the pass/fail pattern.
