No map location and report generation on active scan is back

Description

After having worked perfectly for several weeks (including current version),

now the same old issue is back.
Open app
Go to map
Location is displayed correctly.
Go to reports
Start scanning.
Numerous Satellites are detected and fixed ok
No report generated
Go to map
No location is displayed

No idea what triggered that issue.

Movement detection set to None to prevent scan pausing
Other apps get location without a single issue.

This is very likely caused by the same root problem as in #750. Try disabling the fused location provider option or using the fdroid variant
