Compatibility with recent Ghost versions and recommendations.

- Some tweaking is neccesary to correct some styling issues.
- Theme is not translatable.
- Cannot set individual styles thru the Ghost Admin GUI for:
     -  Brand
     -  Sitewide
     -  Homepage
     -  Posts
- Security concerns: 
     - Update package versions required
