Make new grades more understandable

Right now users don't understand why their grades are missing

For new grades that have exam merged with the course grade we should:

• Either hide Exam and Final grade or only show the grade under "final grade"
• Show the green check mark that they have passed

What do you think about removing the grades altogether and linking users to the mitxonline dashboard or DEDP learner record?

There is a case where a user has old grade with exam, and a new grade. The dashboard shows that they passed but is showing the highest grade which is the old grade. Here is the issue https://github.com/mitodl/hq/issues/2585

In terms of amount of work it is easier to fix the showing of the grades, than to remove all grades and progress bar. I think removing the grades would mess up the UI, and would require a lot code refactoring.

I think fixing the display of grades should take less than one day of work.
